How do I register a team for an esports tournament?

Create a free account on Esports Lens, then create a team or join an existing one as a player. Open the tournament page you want to enter, press Register, and submit your roster with each player's in-game ID. The organizer reviews the entry and confirms your slot, after which the team appears in the tournament's registered list.
